Ingredients for making Paneer Pakora
Paneer – 250 grams
Besan – 1 cup
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste
How to make Paneer Pakora
To make Paneer Pakora, sieve the gram flour in a mixing bowl and put it. Add red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, carom seeds, asafoetida, and salt to taste, and mix all well in the gram flour. Now prepare a solution by adding some water to this mixture. Keep in mind that while preparing the solution, keep eliminating the lumps formed. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Now take a wok and put oil in it and keep it to heat on medium flame. After the oil is hot, take a piece of paneer, dip it well in the batter of gram flour, and put it in the oil for deep frying. Similarly, wrap the other pieces of paneer with gram flour and put them in the pan. Fry them till they become golden in color. Meanwhile, keep frying the pakoras, turning them over.
After the paneer pakoras are fried, take them out on a plate separately. Similarly, prepare all the paneer pakoras. Now delicious paneer pakoras are ready for your breakfast. In the end, if the excess batter of gram flour remains, then you can take off its plain pakoras. Before serving for breakfast, sprinkle chaat masala on paneer pakoras.
